Hi everyone
I am new here on this site from Africa and am looking for some one to show me the meaning of of the word, "collared".

With respect to you Masters who ask 'are you real' I find that beneath contempt. Before you ask I am real if you ask me this again you will be blocked. Some of the Masters on this site are fake and flakey too. it does not only appeal to slaves that become desirable.
