ok so i just have to say this, if there is something listed in the profile lists that i know can, have been and will be used as discipline on me and i know they work, i am not going to put "yes, i love it" on here........yes i know discipline is different for everyone and i am speaking solely for myself so plz don't pm me telling me this as i already know....
