I had my eye exam at the Redmill office which went well. Doctor Williams was very thorough and took his time to explain and answer any questions I had. The lady who set up some of the tests before seeing Doctor Williams was very nice and knew what she was doing. After the exam and getting my prescription I was looking at frames in the store. I could not find any that I really liked or felt comfortable wearing. And didn't want to compromise this time. I asked if they had different selection at the Salem store on Lynnhaven and was told some sure carry different brands. The Salem store was about a twenty minute drive from Red Mill. Went there and told them had exam at other store and couldn't find any I like or for good. I was met by Nolan, one of the Opticians there and told him my story, said he knew just what I needed. He went into a drawer he dug through to find a pair. I tried these on and they eye the best plastic frames I ever tried on. They felt great and did not slide down my nose for the first time ever without adjustable nose pads that need to be adjusted so the time. This was one of my top two experiences ever getting glasses. I have been with Coastal Vision for about 23 years and this was the best fitting glasses ever. Nolan seems very educated and to knowing how to fit different customers facial features. I could not ask for more. While I was there I looked for some sunglasses and Veronica was helping me with that. She was the first one ever to let me know you could order something not in stock to try on, so I always thought you only had the choices that were on display. Between Nolan and Veronica this was the best experience I've had getting glasses. Sorry they can't carry all the same brands at each office because now I'll be going to Salem office because they carry the glasses that fit my facial features. Both offices are good.
