FOR PROGRAMS

Ultimate Learner Empowerment

Give your adult learners the tools to lead, advocate, and inspire.

The COABE Ambassador Training helps students build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and become powerful voices for adult education—on campus, in their communities, and beyond. When students grow as leaders, programs grow stronger.

Core Pillars

To maintain the integrity of the COABE Ambassador Training, each training must include the following six core pillars. While delivery and activities may be adapted, these themes must be present to ensure alignment with COABE’s mission and vision.

PILLAR 1

COABE

Explore who we are and why we exist. Introduce COABE’s mission, membership benefits, and commitment to adult learners and alumni.

Become an Ambassador Training Facilitator

Facilitating the training yourself means you can shape the experience to reflect your learners' goals, strengths, and voices—while deepening their connection to your program.

How do I get started?

Facilitation is easy to jump into—COABE provides ready-to-use training materials that you can adapt to fit your program’s needs, as long as they align with the 6 Core Pillars of the Ambassador Training. You’ll also receive personalized support every step of the way.
