Beloit, WI: Under Construction – As the owner’s representative, CCI is overseeing construction progress on behalf of the Ho-Chunk Nation. Our team will ensure that their goals and objectives are met throughout all project phases while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Located on a 32-acre parcel, the world-class project will include a 240,478-sqft Class III grand casino floor with approximately 1,800 slot machines, 44 gaming tables, bar, 4 restaurants, and numerous amenities. The second phase, slated for completion in 2027, will introduce an 18-story, 312-room hotel, a 76,143-sqft convention center, and a parking garage with space for 1,500 vehicles.

Designed by HBG and constructed by Miron, this ambitious development is expected to be a major economic driver for the area attracting visitors for gaming and conferences, events, and leisure.
