Rooted in Andy's own remarkable story of resilience, the foundation provides free professional services and support for people struggling with a range of challenges.

HighGround is a UK charity helping service leavers, veterans, and reservists find new purpose through careers in the land-based sector - like farming, conservation, forestry, and horticulture.
Their Rural Weeks Programme is a week-long residential course that gives participants hands-on exposure, expert guidance, and real career pathways into meaningful outdoor work. 93% of course attendees feel more prepared for employment after their courses.
