Britni has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 10 years, and that work has always been about more than appointments and schedules. It has been about relationships, trust, and being part of people’s lives over time. Austin brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, along with previous franchise management experience, which helped shape a strong background in operations, planning, and getting things done the right way. Together, we balance each other well. One of us naturally leads with connection and care, while the other brings structure and follow-through. That combination is a big part of why this work feels like such a natural fit for us. We care deeply about doing things well, treating people with kindness, and being a steady presence when families need support they can count on.
