We have several organizational membership classifications available for bus and group tour operators and providers, as well as those who support the industries we represent.
Operators
Motorcoach/bus operator membership is open to private companies that own motorcoaches and provide services such as charters, tours, scheduled service, sightseeing, receptive operations, school bus, package express, and special operations. Eligible companies must hold proper operating authority or insurance and maintain a satisfactory USDOT SAFER safety rating to continue benefits.
Operators
Tour operators organize and sell outbound tours for groups and frequently book motorcoaches for their groups. Some also act as receptive operators for their local area, and some own travel agencies.
Industry Partner
Travel Industry membership is available for travel/tourism/destination marketing organizations, tourism service/transportation companies, accommodations, attractions, and food service companies.
Locations allow you to promote all locations at Marketplace. However, to make all locations searchable on our website, you must purchase the Plus Membership package.

Products/Service Provider membership is available to companies that supply goods and services to the motorcoach and tour operator industry.

American Bus Association Tax Payer Identification Number (FTIN) for W-9 purposes is 53-0114680.
Contributions or gifts to the American Bus Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. For U.S. federal tax returns, 25% of membership fees are direct lobbying expenses and are nondeductible as a business expense.

ABA appreciates member efforts to build the ABA Foundation and its scholarship funds. Scholarships are available to you, your employees, and their dependents. Your tax-deductible contribution will ensure the future of the Foundation’s valuable education and research programs. A $50 voluntary contribution was added to your total dues payment. If you do not wish to contribute, subtract $50 from the total.
