Value Store It is a multi-location self-storage company operating across several states. They needed a site that could support ongoing marketing efforts, improve the customer experience, and handle rental transactions across dozens of locations. Our role has been to provide both the front-end experience and ongoing development support to evolve their digital infrastructure.

Our Role

Working Alongside the Value Store It Team

We built a custom WordPress website focused on performance, usability, and scalability. The site includes SEO-optimized landing pages for each location, a flexible content system, and tools for managing location-specific promotions and details directly from the WordPress admin — giving their team more autonomy over marketing content.

For the rental and reservation flow, we developed a custom .NET-based checkout system integrated with SiteLink, the third-party platform they use to manage unit availability and transactions. The system syncs with their inventory across all locations, providing a reliable and accurate customer experience without handing users off to an external platform.

We continue to work with Value Store It on a fractional, ongoing basis, maintaining and evolving the site as needs change. One of our longer-term goals is to fully migrate the checkout system into WordPress — part of an ongoing collaboration to unify and modernize the entire digital experience.
