I had a very painful and destructive childhood, along with a lifetime of severe health issues. So, it's not surprising that I've struggled with emotional distress and harmful patterns all my life.

I remember when I was working hard to transform some of these patterns, like negativity, anger, depression, scarcity, and so on, I went to counselors and psychics and energy healers; I tried all kinds of techniques I found in books (back in the day) or in workshops or online.
