Bold Reports® Lifecycle Overview

Release Schedule

Bold Reports® has a clear release schedule that includes three types of updates. Every three months, a Main Release introduces important new features and improvements. Service Pack Releases are available monthly, offering smaller fixes and updates. Additionally, there is a weekly NuGet release that provides the latest fixes regularly. This schedule ensures that Bold Reports® remains up to date with continuous improvements and maintenance throughout the year.

End-of-Support Schedule

Bold Reports® by Syncfusion® provides technical support for all the listed versions in the following table for 12 months from its release date, offering feature updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. After that, only downloading the support-ended release version is possible.

Ongoing product maintenance with minor updates, general troubleshooting, and access to critical security fixes and patches as per our support policy.

Extended Support

Post-mainstream assistance to ease the upgrade process. Covers major issue troubleshooting and includes critical security updates and patch support.

Limited Support

Basic help to keep the product running, primarily through documentation guidance and minimal troubleshooting. Critical security patches are still provided.

Retired Date (End date for providing security fixes)

Available for up to 2 years after release. No active support or updates beyond this period—customers should plan to migrate to the latest version. Critical security patches may still be offered during this window.
