Bharat Atomic is a precision equipment company based in India. We design and build hardware for nanoscale imaging, direct-write fabrication, and quantum sensing.

An electron beam is one of the few probes that can both see and write at the nanometer scale. We build the column optics, scan systems, electronics, and software to do both well.

Our current focus is electron-optical instrumentation: high-resolution field-emission scanning electron microscopy and direct-write electron-beam lithography, designed for nanometer-scale imaging and patterning.

Beyond electron optics, we work on quantum sensing and precision measurement systems for problems where sensitivity matters more than anything else.

Our team spans charged particle optics, laser and X-ray physics, accelerator systems, precision electronics, vacuum instrumentation, and formal methods in software verification.
