Mental Well-Being
Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with stage 2a Invasive ductal carcinoma in my left breast back in March of 2024. Had lumpectomy May 2024. Chemo and radiation October and Nov. 2024, with Oncotype score of 35. I just had a full year (2025) of rest from this cancer. Fast forward this year (2026), I’ve just had my mammogram first week of March and they found some calcifications on my left breast. Radiologist Doctor said it’s on the surgical bed. Same breast I already had a lumpectomy on. I’m scheduled for biopsy tomorrow (March 19th) and I am so anxious that’s why I’ve been having insomnia every night. I only sleep 3 to 4 hours nightly. This is not healthy. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Just trying to get some feedback. This all gives me the worst feeling. It has just been a year and a half since I had my surgery and cancer treatments now they need to do a biopsy on the same breast. I think, whatever the results. I am deciding to have a double mastectomy. Please know that all of you are included in our daily prayers. Thank you in advance for all your feedback.

Thriving with Stage IV MBC
I started drinking my daily wellness shot (Orange, Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric, Honey) about 2 weeks ago. Last friday, I did some blood works. All my results are normal that even my doctor could not believe it. Idk if it helped but it was the only thing that I did differently recently. Mind you, most of my previous results were eithet high or borderline. I will continue to drink it daily because it actually helped boost my immune system too. Who else tried this?

Reconstruction
Hi all! I had a lumpectomy with a lift/reduction. My plastic surgeon offered a revision surgery to correct size differences between my breasts, fix a very small pooch of "dog ear," and to release scar tissue that makes it feel a little tight when I stretch. The thing is, I don't really care that much about the size difference. I'd really like to avoid any injury to nerves or anything else that could happen during a revision surgery. I'd love to learn your revision stories! Are you happy you had a revision? Or are there some side effects I might not be thinking of? Maybe I ought to be happy that my first surgery is about a 90% perfect result? Just wondering if I should be grateful that I only have a bit of minor numbness, a small lopsidedness, and only minor scar tissue pulling and just leave it all alone!?! Any regrets out there?? Talk to me! :)
