While there are currently no mandatory water restrictions in Berthoud, residents' HOAs and businesses are encouraged to observe voluntary water restrictions and use water sparingly.

Because our current rates were not keeping up with inflation and necessary infrastructure maintenance and improvements, an 8% adjustment for wastewater utility and an 5% adjustment for water utility was approved and will appear on your February statement. More Info:
