Everything you need to know about earning from your backdrop.

No — and this is something we take seriously. Your content always takes up the main body of the backdrop. Sponsor logos sit in a clean, neatly arranged strip at the bottom. The result looks professional. You’ll see a full mockup before we print a single thing.

No problem at all. We work with your existing design and add the sponsor section to it. You approve everything before it goes to print.

We reach out to relevant brands from our network and match them to your event based on your industry, location, and audience. We also give you a personal sponsor link — many of our customers find that sharing it with their own vendors and partners fills slots faster than anything we do.

You still get your backdrop printed. You simply pay the remaining balance after sponsor contributions. If 4 out of 6 slots are filled, those 4 sponsors’ contributions are deducted from your price. You never pay more than the standard backdrop cost.

We recommend at least 100 attendees to make sponsorship attractive to brands. The more people at your event, the easier it is to find sponsors and the more you can reasonably charge per slot.

From the moment you enrol, our team is in touch within 24 to 48 hours. We recommend starting at least 3 to 4 weeks before your event to allow enough time for sponsor outreach, design approval, and printing.
