Challenge: Large media company needed comprehensive AWS platform engineering - first establishing cloud platform for new commerce organization from scratch, then scaling platform engineering practices across the entire organization.

Our approach: We established cloud engineering practice for the commerce organization, developing CDK construct libraries and GitHub Action workflows to build the organization from ground up. Later, we helped with organization-wide platform engineering efforts, creating infrastructure tooling and providing AWS architecture consulting across the whole company.
