Fourteen volunteer leaders join Alumni Council
Seven appointees joined seven members previously elected; incoming members began their terms July 1. The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Alumni Association and helps shape the policies and overall direction of the organization.Â
Dear Old State: A multi-generational collaboration at Hintzpiration
Brian Kappel ’98, alongside his father Bill ’70 and daughter Emma ’23, debuts Dear Old State—a multi-generational mixed-media collaboration celebrating Penn State legacy—at Hintzpiration. The artwork will be auctioned to benefit the College of Arts and Architecture student scholarships.
Three Penn Staters receive 2026 Honorary Alumni Award
Three longtime Penn State champions and benefactors were recognized by the Penn State Alumni Association with the 2026 Honorary Alumni Award at a celebratory event on Friday, June 12, at the Hintz Family Alumni Center.
