Metronet customers can save money over other ISPs because there is no monthly equipment fee or contracts.

However, you may be subject to a price increase when the introductory period ends after the first 12 months.

All plans have a $9.95/mo. to $12.95/mo. technology fee for Tech Assure, which covers any service calls or repairs to all Metronet-owned equipment.

Some promotions offer free installation, but there is generally a $75.00 fee. If you sign up for autopay, you’ll also get a $25.00 bill credit at the time of installation.
