Yes. Our cattle graze on native and irrigated pastures for most of their lives. Our beef is corn–finished by a local farmer to enhance marbling and create a depth of flavor that sets our beef apart.
We never use growth hormones. Antibiotics are only administered if an animal becomes ill and requires treatment. The health and well-being of our cattle, and transparency with our customers, are always our top priorities.
Yes. All of our beef is processed and packaged at a USDA-inspected facility in Colorado, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and consistency.

We sell our beef in three bulk options:
Each order includes approximately 50% primal cuts (steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, etc.) and 50% ground beef.
Flat pricing includes all processing, packaging, and labeling. Sales tax is added at checkout, and there are no hidden or additional fees.
A 50% deposit is collected at checkout, and the remaining 50% is due before pickup.
Our first direct-to-consumer beef will be available in spring 2026. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and schedule a convenient pickup time.
Yes. Many customers share a whole, half, or quarter cow with friends or family. It’s an easy and cost-effective way for multiple households to enjoy our beef.
We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time.
We are finalizing Front Range pick-up options in Denver and Boulder. You’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready via email, approximately 4 weeks prior.
We recommend transporting your beef in coolers or insulated bags. Your beef will be frozen, packaged and labeled by cut for easy transport and storage.
For the freshest taste we suggest consuming properly frozen beef within 12 months.
