1. I have a subscription based downloadable software, can this plugin be used for recurring monthly subscription?
2. Would this plugin be able to process multiple variables within one subscription plan? for example:

• Subscription plan A Subscription plan B

9.99/month per user for 2-10 users; 99.90/year
for 11- 20 users; 89.91/year
for 21+ users; 79.92/year
So for some subscriptions plans, we want to be able to offer discounts and reductions. Would this be possible?

Sorry for the confusion on the image, this has actually migrated to Licence tab to avoid confusions, along the “Use Expire/Subscription” selection.

The “Extend 1 Year” button should add the required information to the cart, so no need to add any other code. If you changed the registration data ( e.g. order licensing information ) this might break the renewal procedure. Try again with a new order.

In the “License expired” email, there is a link to “Extend 1 Year” that takes me to My Account, showing details of the order. There I find another “Extend 1 Year” button that takes me to an empty cart. Should this button not add the renewal to the cart, or do I need to do custom scripting to do that? Otherwise, the customer’s only option is to click “Return to Shop” and find the product again to manually re-order a new license.

This is actually your WooCommerce a setting, see WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products > Downloads require login -> ensur this is turned off (unchecked)
