In addition, the auto-update feature also works on the WP Maps Spreadsheet tool add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s go over both these sections separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HGJ61NM8FYS5GX5YDJ676VR5\"><strong>WP Maps Platform<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.agilelogix.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/25872246191513-WP-Maps-Auto-Update-Function#h_01HGJ61NM8FYS5GX5YDJ676VR5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you make store or product data changes to a specific build, you will need to press the \u201cUpdate\u201d button on the \u201cWidgets\u201d page for the changes to take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The WP Maps auto-update function will be triggered in 20 minutes if you do not update the build manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable the auto-update function, you simply need to turn it on in the \u201cPublish\u201d section when creating a new \u201cbuild\u201d from the \u201cwidgets\u201d page. Follow the below steps to enable or disable the auto-save feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your WP maps account, and press on the \u201cWidgets\u201d tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the \u201cWidgets\u201d page, click on \u201cInstall Widget\u201d<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872258548889.png\" alt=\"image.png\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the information on the \u201cMAP CONFIGURATION\u201d, \u201cUI SETTINGS\u201d, and \u201cDATA FILTERING\u201d sections, and press \u201cNext\u201d.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872246172441.png\" alt=\"image (1).png\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the \u201cPUBLISH\u201d section, give your build a name, and click on the \u201cAuto Update\u201d button to enable auto-save<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872242488857.png\" alt=\"image (4).png\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u201cPublish\u201d button to publish the build<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to enable or disable auto-save for a specific existing build, please follow the below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the \u201cWidgets\u201d page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u201cOptions\u201d button on a specific build, and select the \u201cEdit\u201d option<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872258554009.png\" alt=\"image (3).png\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the \u201cPUBLISH\u201d section, click on the \u201cAuto Update\u201d button to enable (or disable) auto-save<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872288693785.png\" alt=\"image (2).png\" title=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;Update&#8221; when you&#8217;re done&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If the auto-update option is left \u201coff\u201d, then users will need to manually update or save any changes they make by pressing the \u201cUpdate\u201d button on the build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01HGJ60SXG44KKBZ1743H7FTR6\"><strong>WP Maps Spreadsheet Tool<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.agilelogix.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/25872246191513-WP-Maps-Auto-Update-Function#h_01HGJ60SXG44KKBZ1743H7FTR6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, the auto-update function is also available on Google Sheets once you install the WP Maps spreadsheet tool add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any changes that a user makes to the store or product data on a Google spreadsheet will need to be saved manually by pressing the \u201cSave Now\u201d button. Changes made to the product or store data are NOT auto-updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpmaps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/25872242493081.png\" alt=\"image (5).png\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To manually apply any changes to a specific build, simply select the build from the \u201cWidgets Build\u201d drop-down menu and then press the \u201cPublish\u201d button.
