After publish/creating a form you shall get the builder settings for the form, after clicking settings option from the top right side, you shall get the frontend interface as the below image,

For the UI Settings, you are able to adjust Form Width as well as the Template, For template, you shall get three templates for setup the live form/your single form. After saving the settings with the Save Form button you will also able get the shortcode of the form clicking the </>Embed button.

For Email Notification, by default after submitting the form, the WordPress admin will get the notification, as I attached image, you are able to disable email to admin. and after all, you are also able to send submission notification to multiple email address, which will be separated by the comma in the input field. As your requirements, you can set From Email, From Name too and in the Email Message you can set which message will be sent, you are also able to put here your created Form Field tags.

In the Email Notification Settings, you are also able to create New Email Settings. This button you will get from the right top side, you just have to give the Email Name, thus you will be able to create the New Email section. After create you shall find it from the Admin Notification below the section, thus there you will also be able to adjust those input field and the section.

Field Settings:

After adding field you shall get the field settings option when you will hover on that field or click on that field, you can adjust the field label, placeholder text, note and the position of the note also, conditional logic only works for pro, and bottom of the settings you have an option if you want to keep it as a required field. you are also able to add a validation field too

In shorts:

1. If you have already installed LiveForms in your WordPress Dashboard, then go to Forms >> Add New.
2. Check the templates, any of them may the form you are looking for. Or click on “Start From Ground”.
3. Add Form name and description, click on “Create Form”. Now, drag and drop the fields you need.
4. Lastly, click on “Save Form” from the top right side, you have now created a new form with LiveForms!

Details:

In the dashboard, once you installed the LiveForms plugin you can see the new menu “Forms” there, it has also many sub-menus. Click on the “Add New” submenu, here you see many ready to use form templates. If you are looking for Contact Form, Login Form, Donation Form, Support Form and Job Application Form, you can choose them from the templates. But if you want to create a new form click on “Start from Ground”.

After clicking on the “Start from Ground”, a popup will appear. Where you need to add form name and form description. First of all, give a nice title of the form. This should be meaningful so that you can recognize it later. Similarly, in the description write the purpose of this form and then click on “Create Form”.

As a result, you can see a new page appears where you will find all the modules of the forms. This page is a WordPress post creation page with extra form fields module and settings included. You will find all the details below.

Now from the form field toolbox consists of Commonly Used Fields, Generic Field and Advanced Fields that allow you to select which field types you would like to add to your form. To add a form field to your form simply drag and drop any field from the left side field component list to the Form fields on the right side.

At this point, you may edit individual form fields setting by clicking on the settings icon. You will see the field editor interface on the left side and you can fine-tune the available field options there. To reorder fields on your form, drag and drop them to arrange them in the desired order. To duplicate the field click on the Copy symbolic button and to delete the field click on the Red Cross button.

You can set a new label for the field name, add a placeholder text, make a note, set up new conditional logic and make the field required from here. You can select where the note will appear, above the field or below the field. Moreover, there are options to add Default Value and Custom CSS Class.

Also, you will get options for customizing the form submission button according to your form type. You can change the Button label, Processing label, Button color, Button size and Button position.

After putting all necessary field(s) and logic in the form just click on the “Save Form” button.

Your form is being saved now. Click on the “Preview” button from the top after saving it so that you can view the form.

It is same as a text field, But it can take more user input as a paragraph.

Settings Properties:

There are some options for the form settings. The options are discussed below.

Button Label:

This is a label for the submit button. You can change the button text anything you like (eg. “Apply”, “Done” etc).

Button Color:

You can select the button color from the drop-down option.

You can show the submit button color in seven option.

• Inverse or Basic
• Default
• Primary
• Success
• Info
• Warning
• Danger

Button Size:

You can select the button size from the drop-down option.

There is four size available for the submit button.

• Default
• Large
• Small
• Very Small

Button Position:

You can select the button position from the drop-down list.

Submit button will appear in the form as you select the position for it. You can place it in three positions (Right, Left or Center).

Thank You Message:

Upon successful submission of any form, you can show a message to the user. You can change the message from the form settings.

Label:

You can refer the field name as you want. This is the title of any field. You can place any string here.

It will appear top of the field in bold text as a heading.

You can also leave it blank if you don’t want to give any title for the field. An example use of a blank label is in paragraph field.

Placeholder Text:

You are also able to edit the placeholder text Your Full Name from Placeholder Text option

Note:

This field text will appear above/below the label of the form.

The text of the field will show up in grey colour in the form in small text than the title.

Use this option to clarify user about the field of the form.

Note Position will define where the note will be placed,

Conditional logic:

This is an advanced option for any field of the form which is built-in. You can set up some logic to show and hide any field in the form based on the input.

You can add a condition for any field as much you want. You can put the field status “show” or “hide” for “all” or “any” condition matched for any user input.

Condition Options:

• Show: Show the current field
• Hide: Hide the current field
• All: Match all the condition below
• Any: Match any of one condition below

Conditions:

• Plus sign (+): Add a new condition
• Cross sign ( x ): Remove the condition
• Select a field: Select a field from the current form to set the condition
• Is: To check the selected field input is a name or email
• Is not: To check the selected field input is not name or email
• Less than: To check the selected field input is less than any value
• Greater than: To check the selected field input is greater than any value
• Contains: To check the selected field input contain any string or value
• Starts with: To check the selected field input start with any string or value
• Ends with: To check the selected field input ends with specific string or value
• Enter a value: put the value here to check the condition

You can use it to make a complex form simplified. You can manage the form field upon the user input.

Required:

This is a checkbox. If checked, this will ensure that the user completed the field before allowing the form to be submitted.

Field Required Message: You can place a message which will show when a user tries to submit the form leaving the field blank.

Validation:

If you check the field as required, you can see the data validation option appears.

You can use validation to validate the field data upon submission.

Options:

• Text: Validate the field input as text
• Numeric: Validate the field input as a number
• Email: Validate the field input email address
• URL: Validate the field input as URL (e.g http://www.example.com)
• Date: Validate the field input as Date (eg. mm-dd-yy)
