From version 1.4.3 you can clone an existing globe. This will allow you to quickly duplicate an existing globe and its entries and make necessary changes.

The option is available when you hover the list of created globes as shown in the image below.

The cloned duplicated globe will contain the same duplicated marker, lines and region entries and it will be initially in draft. You can then edit the new cloned globe to finally publish it.
