You can see examples for Frontier Query Widgets in the right sidebar<\/p>\n<p>Below you can see an explanation of the Frontier Query Widget options.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that when you change Filter Object, you will have to save the widget before you continue.<\/strong> Pressing save will update the Filter Value dropdown list (WordPress does not allow for onchange in widgets, so it can be done automatic).<\/p>\n<p>The following widget settings are available:<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Title<\/td>\n<td>Title of the Widget, the text will be show in the title bar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Subtitle<\/td>\n<td>Text will be show underneath the widget titel bar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Footer<\/td>\n<td>Text will be shown in <em>italic<\/em> below the widget body content<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Post Types<\/td>\n<td>Checked post types will be included &#8211; One post type must be checked.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Filter Object<\/td>\n<td>You can Filter the posts\/pages by different objects in addition to\u00a0post type and period. Only published post and pages will be included. Based on the filter object the Filter Value dropdown will change accordingly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All (All records)<\/li>\n<li>Authors<\/li>\n<li>Auto Taxonomy (if the user is on an archive page (ex. category page) filter object will be set to Category &#8211; This will be done dynamicly based on the users navigation)<\/li>\n<li>Category (if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<li>Tags\u00a0(if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<li>Custom Taxonomies will be listed\u00a0\u00a0(if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Filter Values<\/td>\n<td>Based on the Filter Object selection, Filter values can have the follwong values:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auto Archive (Will use the value shown on the archive page &#8211; ex: if on the category archive showing &#8220;Frontier Post&#8221;, this will be used for filtering<\/li>\n<li>Auto Post &#8211; If a single post is displayed, and this post has corresponding values for the Filter Object, these values will be used &#8211; Ex: If a post is displayed with Category=Frontier Post, and Filter Object is Category, Frontier Post will be used for filter. The same goes for Authors<\/li>\n<li>Values: Corresponding values for Filter Object &#8211; Ex Categories, Tags or Authors.<\/li>\n<li>Currect User (Only if Filter Object = Author)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Published<\/td>\n<td>\u00a0Post\/Pages published within the time period selected will be included.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Group By Object<\/td>\n<td>\u00a0The Object being grouped by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors<\/li>\n<li>Post Type<\/li>\n<li>Post Title (One record per post\/page)<\/li>\n<li>Categories\u00a0(if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<li>Tags\u00a0(if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<li>Custom Taxonomies will be listed\u00a0\u00a0(if checked under Allowed Taxonomies in settings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Order By<\/td>\n<td>Order the output by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Count<\/li>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Date (only valid if Group by Object is Post Title)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Sort Order<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Ascending<\/li>\n<li>Descending<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Limit<\/td>\n<td>Maximum lines to show<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Show Empty<\/td>\n<td>If No, lines with zero count will not be displayed.
