Upload Plugin

In this tutorial we will see how to install and activate wpDocs Pro plugin. This document assumes you have already downloaded the plugin.

NOTE: If you are running the free version of the product "step-by-step", it should be deactivated and uninstalled prior to installing wpDocs Pro.

Login to WordPress dashboard and click 'Plugins'.

To add a new plugin, click 'Add New'.

To upload a new plugin, click 'Upload Plugin'.

Click the 'Choose File' button to open WordPress file uploader dialog box. step-4

Once WordPress file upload box opens, locate wp-docs-pro.zip file and select it. step-5

Here's how wp-docs-pro.zip appears after being selected and ready to upload. step-6

Now that you have selected plugin .zip file, click on 'Open' and the file will be ready for upload. step-7

Here's how it would appear when the plugin is ready for install.

Hit 'Install Now' and plugin installation will commence.

Once plugin has been uploaded successfully, click the 'Activate Plugin' link to activate the plugin.

Congratulations you have completed installing wpDocs Pro.
