Who We Are
Established in 2018, Women for Sustainable Agile Development (WOSAD) is a women-led, Malawian-based NGO dedicated to transforming the lives of women and youth. Headquartered in Lilongwe, we bridge the gap between rural, hard-to-reach, and semi-urban communities across Mzimba, Machinga, Lilongwe, and Blantyre. We believe that sustainable development is only possible when it is participatory. By putting women and youth at the center of leadership, we ensure that progress is not just fast, but lasting. Our Vision: A Malawian society where women and girls are healthy, empowered, and protected from all forms of vulnerability, abuse, and exploitation.
