{"id":2406,"date":"2016-10-24T11:41:21","date_gmt":"2016-10-24T15:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/world.phparch.com\/?page_id=2406"},"modified":"2016-10-24T12:08:57","modified_gmt":"2016-10-24T16:08:57","slug":"wellness","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/world2016.phparch.com\/wellness\/","title":{"rendered":"Wellness Considerations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><h1 style=\"margin-top: 25px;\" class=\"site__title\">Wellness Considerations<\/h1>    <div class=\"site__centered content\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n    <\/p>\n<p>We care deeply about our attendees and want to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe at our events. \u00a0It&#8217;s why we provide our Code of Conduct, and why we feel the need to go a step further when we can. \u00a0The following are options that we&#8217;ve been able to provide for this year&#8217;s conference. \u00a0We do appreciate any feedback that we can get, as we would like to make this better in the future as well. \u00a0Please let us know both during the event and afterward on your exit survey any suggestions, thoughts, praise, or negative feedback that you have for us. \u00a0We want to hear it and continue to grow.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>    <\/div>\n<div class=\"row clearfix content\" >\n\t    <div class=\"col col-md-6\" >\n        <\/p>\n<h2>Wellness Room<\/h2>\n<p>This year we are providing a wellness room for our attendees. \u00a0We will have a screened off area for nursing or privately administering medicine. \u00a0We also will have a few cots, in case anyone is feeling ill and needs to lay down for a bit, and the room will be a quiet place if you just need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the conference for a bit. \u00a0It is located on the 2nd floor in the Wolf Trap room. \u00a0Just take the elevator up one floor and turn to your right.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Wellness Breaks<\/h2>\n<p>If you take a look at our schedule, we specifically have half-hour breaks planned during each morning and afternoon. \u00a0These are to give you, the attendee, a break from the constant bombardment of new information. \u00a0It&#8217;s been proven that your mind needs calmer breaks during a day of learning to be able to process the\u00a0information that you receive. \u00a0Moreover, you need some time just to stand up and stretch. \u00a0These are great opportunities to continue the conversations you&#8217;ve been having, check back in at work or home, or yes, visit the sponsors. \u00a0But most important, there is time built into the day where you can do whatever you feel the need to without worrying about missing a session.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>    <\/div>\n\t\t    <div class=\"col col-md-6\" >\n        <\/p>\n<h2>Accessibility Details<\/h2>\n<p>We do the best we can to work with the venues we chose to have them be as accessible as possible.
