Trying to schedule events to occur every hour and the options are only for daily, weekly, monthly, etc. So not enough flexibility for this user.

Try running your Macro under Windows XP. It fails every time.
The suggested answer by Tethys is to run as Administrator.
I installed it as Administrator and then try to log in as one of users (with Admin rights).
When I run a test macro, it fails. But run the same with right mouse click, run as...
Absolutely crazy. Wasting hours of time. The support seems to be useless.
