Our team will support you in finding a job that aligns with your skills and passion. Through 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll receive:

We partner with 130+ training providers offering programs in the classroom, online, or through apprenticeships.

Accounting Training Program (INX Academy)

• 9-month training program
• In-person class time: Tuesdays, 8:30 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
• Hybrid schedule, Apr. 6–Dec. 24, 2026
• Receive training in accounting principles and financial reporting practices, as well as other accounting-related functions like financial analysis, data interpretation and more.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Dalrada Career Institute)

Two convenient campus locations
• 20-23 day program
• Cohort dates: April 3–May 4 (San Diego Campus), or April 15-May 13 (Chula Vista Campus)
• Learn how to provide basic patient assistance with activity of daily living and prepare for the State of California written and practical examination.

Mental Health Technician Certificate (National University)

• 10 hours per week (approx. 100 total hours)
• Cohort dates: March 2-May 4
• Get trained to provide direct patient care services under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals and learn essential skills for behavioral health settings.

Professional Certificate in Medical Coding (National University)

Online training program
• 15 hours per week for 16 weeks (240 total hours)
• Cohort dates: March 2-June 22
• Learn how to perform specialized data entry, classification and record-keeping related to medical diagnoses and more, and gain foundational skills needed to support healthcare providers and systems.

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for our training and job search services, you must be:

Age 18+

Resident of San Diego County

Low income or unemployed, or have exhausted unemployment benefits

Your commitment

By participating in any of our trainings, you will:

• Be ready to pursue training or actively job search
• Stay engaged with your career navigator, responding within 3 business days (we will do the same)
• Participate in quarterly follow-ups after training or job placement
