How does the free trial work?

When you create your Workfeed account, your 14-day free trial of the Pro+ package is automatically activated. No payment details are required to get started with your trial.

After the 14 days, you can decide if you want to continue with the Basic, Pro, or Pro+ version.

What counts as a user?

Every employee, manager, and administrator created in your Workfeed account is considered a user. You can add and remove users at any time.

Is Basic 100% free?

Yes, Basic is 100% free for up to 15 users.

The only limitation is the number of features you have access to. For example, if you want to use the time clock, payroll integrations, contracts, handbooks, chat, or automatic scheduling, you will have to upgrade to the Pro plan.

When you create a Workfeed account, you get 14 days of free access to all features. This allows you to test the various features before deciding which package you want to continue with.

After the 14 days, you will automatically be transferred to the free version. So you must actively upgrade your plan if you want to continue to have access to the paid features.

How do annual payments work?

For annual payments, payment is charged in advance. If you add more users during the year than you pay for, you will receive an additional invoice for these users, covering the remaining part of the period.

We accept payment via credit card, invoice, and bank transfers via payment service.

How does monthly payments work?

The number of employees is adjusted from month to month, so you only pay for the users you have on the account.

Are there any additional costs?

We only charge per user. There are no license fees, onboarding costs or anything else. However, if you choose to pay by invoice, we charge an invoice fee of $7 per invoice. This fee is charged because invoice payments give us more manual work. This can be avoided at all times by simply setting up automatic payment via credit card.

Is there any lock-in period?

You are only bound for the period you have paid for. We don't do any long-term contracts to lock you in. Simple, straightforward, and fair, just as it should be.
