In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] Blank cart page@rdsherwood – please submit a support request with your WP login details so that I can take a further look @ https://i-plugins.com/whmcs-bridge/contact/
@rafalborowski – Error1 is minor and should not have any effect on your page. You can safely ignore it, I would always suggest having error reporting suppressed from page output on a live environment. I have catered for this happening for the next release so it won’t show up anymore.
Error2 means it’s unable to find the main body content of the page it’s requesting. Are you using a modified cart template at all or perhaps a third party cart template?

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] Blank cart pageHello indie4u
Please also submit a ticket with details on what hosting setup you are running (both WP and WHMCS), with screenshots of your WHMCS General Settings page (just the URL bits) and your WHMCS bridge settings page.
I will look into it and try get to the route of the problem.

Perhaps some more information would be helpful as what you expect from the free product?

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] Blank cart pagehi Rafal
Unfortunately I have been unable to reproduce the error on my side.
Can you try version 3.3.2 @ https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/whmcs-bridge.3.3.2.zip
If you need to download 3.3.1 again you can use https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/whmcs-bridge.3.3.1.zip
I see you are on a Windows host, an update for windows hosts was rolled out in 3.3.3 so I think it may have something to do with that.
indie4u – are you also on Windows when you experience these/other issues related to the 3.3.3.x releases?

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] Blank cart pageHi Rafal
I see this is where you were referring to in your other post. Please submit a support ticket via our website @ http://www.i-plugins.com for serious errors such as the ones you are experiencing now.
I have been trying to reproduce this error on our development site and I am unable to do so. The difference beteween 3.3.3.1 and 3.3.3.2 were minor to fix certain JavaScript errors.
If you can send me the details of your configuration (which cart template you are using – whether you are using the free version only) then I will try reproduce so that I can fix the issue.
Hello Humanshi
This is not an error, it is just a notification. As mentioned in the message you can ignore it if you’ve installed the Addon. It will not go away.

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] Does not work properlyHello Rafal
What is your ticket ID that you did not get a response to?
What is the bug and where can I see it? If you post these details in your tickets I can help fix it.
We are not big enough to have 24/7/365 support so, as stated in our ticket replies, your tickets are dealt with during office hours based on first-come first-serve and priority to those who have paid, of course.
Send your support request again as I do not see any unanswered/unresolved tickets in the ticket queue.

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] WHMCS Bridge 404 ErrorsHi
Please note this is something you need to talk to your hosting provider about, you can log in via SSH to your hosting machine and run the following command
curl -v “http://froppa.com/hosting/index.php?systpl=portal”
99% of the time it’s due to the hosting provider not setting up hairpin NAT correctly.
Hello Skyler
This is usually caused by a conflicting plugin that is using simple_html_dom – you will need to remove the conflicting plugin.
We are looking in to customising the class to try avoid this error in future.

In reply to: [WHMCS Bridge] No icons on WHMCS panelThis is likely a CSS issue. I would suggest debugging with Firebug/Chrome Developer tools.
