I see the problem. Registered Users includes Registered Subscribers and I was Filtering on All Users instead of All Registered Users.Sorry for the trouble.

Sorry for being such a pain. Using that filter does not show the users I added. They are in the list of subscribers and have a “circled R” to the left of them (I am assuming that means registered) but only show up if I chose All Users but then the Bulk Options are not present.Matt,
I used a plugin (csv-user-import) to import the users. They are all listed as “registered”. Is there some way I can manually up[date te database to activate the email digest option? (i didn’t see a column for this in te user table).I should have added that I’ve seen this question in outher posts and the answer was to use the Bulk Management at the bottom of subscribers. Unfortunately, that lists all my subscribers but thre are no options to update. Am I missing something?
