Hit the Save button and check the console log errors

This issue is caused by ad blocker plugins which blocks ‘aalb_credentials.js’ file to load. Please disable ad blocker plugin on WordPress admin page and then enter credentials and then press save button. This issue is caused if WordPress running on HTTP, No issue if WordPress is running on HTTPS.

These hidden pixel images are used for impression tracking.

In the screenshot attached it’s visible that hidden pixel style is tampered by page-speed.

Sincere apologies for the delayed response.
Check if in your shortcode the opening single quote has been replaced by a closing single quote (This is generally done by custom editors or other plugins you might be using). This causes issues during rendering.
We looked into shortcode on your test page and found that ‘ was replaced by ’ .Forum: Plugins
