Ok, I think we finally have the solution for this one. Based on troubleshooting your stats are not showing up from facebook because of the following reason.
In your facebook page settings, under “manage permissions” there is a setting called “Age Restrictions” if this is set to anything other than “Anyone (13+)” then the stats are not made available for the plugin to grab them. So switch your settings and then your stats should start to appear.
Please let me know here or through my website http://www.macnative.com if you are still not getting stats after changing this setting.
Hello there. I am having the same problem. I have tried the solution of changing the permission settings but still I’m not getting any numbers to display for facebook. Are there other issues that it could be?

are you trying to access the stats for a facebook page or an individual? If it’s an individual, that could be your problem as the api that is being used currently does not support the acquisition of individual stats, only from pages…
Thank you for your help. No it is for a page. I have tried it on two of my facebook pages and am having the same problem with both. The page get linked to from the facebook icon in the widget, but it displays 0 likes. The twitter followers is working though.

I am having same issue as everyone on this topic. I made changes to age restrictions to anyone and still it shows facebook likes 0. Is it possible that this wont work without creating an app on facebook and entering secret token and similar. I also used other plugins for facebook and they wont work without all that. I hope for solution soon.

Sorry for the delay, Christmas and all that good stuff kept me busy.
I think I have a solution for you,
To get your facebook stats as your page sits currently you need to just put in the long number at the end of the URL’s that you sent over and that should properly grab the Likes for your page.
Alternatively you can head on over to http://www.facebook.com/username and setup an actual “username” for your page, which you can then put in as the facebook token for Social Crowd to grab the pages likes.
