Embed a Post title or excerpt or featured image or content within another Post or Page. Use the shortcode([embed_post post_id=\"123\" type=\"content\"])<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload embed-post<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
  3. Place [embed_post post_id=\"123\" type=\"content\"]<\/code> in posts or pages where post_id<\/code> is the id of post you want to embed and type is what you want to embed, if you do not define type then by default excerpt<\/code> will get embeded. content<\/code>, title<\/code> and image<\/code> are other options you can embed.<\/li>\n
  4. For type=\"content\"<\/code> you can limit no of words to display by adding one more option e.g. [embed_post post_id=\"123\" type=\"content\" limit_word=\"10\"]<\/code> will embed 10 words of content of post_id 123<\/li>\n
  5. Embed featured image: [embed_post post_id=\"123\" type=\"image\" size=\"medium\" hide_more=\"1\"]<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    Q. Can I embed unpublished posts?\nA. No, this plugin only embeds post which is published.<\/p>\n\n

    Q. What will happen if I do not specify post_id<\/code>?\nA. Nothing will happen if you do not specify post_id<\/code> in Shortcode.<\/p>\n\n

    Q. What will happen if I do not specify type<\/code>?\nA. By default, post excerpt<\/code> will be embedded if you do not specify type<\/code> in Shotcode.<\/p>\n\n\n
