Hi @dreadznot, your site can be moved and WordPress.com has an assisted migration service for this.
Start by requesting a free migration to WordPress.com. The setup will check eligibility and ask you to choose an eligible paid plan if needed. The migration team can copy the site while the current version remains online, usually within two to three business days, and then guide you through connecting the domain.
Because this is a .ca domain, its existing registration cannot be transferred into WordPress.com. You can still use karenlawrence.ca, but it must remain registered with an outside registrar and be connected to the new WordPress.com site. If you use email at that domain, mention it before any DNS changes so the email records are preserved.
Don’t cancel the Network Solutions hosting or change the domain settings until the migration is finished and you’ve checked the copied site.

Hi again, since you were connected with us on email support, we will continue assisting you there. So I’ll close out this forum thread from further responses.
