Woorise plans are designed to support your campaigns with flexibility and scalability. In this guide, we break down the limits for entries and media uploads, offering insights into how you can extend these limits or manage your resources effectively.
Entries limit
Each form submission counts as an entry in your Woorise plan, and the monthly entry limit depends on your subscription plan. Entries count reset every month.
To keep you informed, Woorise will send email notifications when you reach 90% of your entry limit and another when the limit is fully reached.
You can increase entries limit by upgrading your plan to higher tier. Upgrading your plan will not affect your live campaigns. Additionally, in your Woorise Account you can find a pay-as-you-go option to increase entries limit without changing your plan.
Entries storage
Woorise allows limited storage of form data across all pricing plans.
Note that each plan has a limited time-frame for how long submission data (results) are stored; however this will not affect your forms in any way and all forms remain active on your account until deleted.
Once your data has reached the limit, we may delete your data.
All submission data can be downloaded as a CSV File through the Entries page of your Woorise dashboard. You can also connect Woorise with over 2000 Apps using native Integrations, Zapier or Webhooks to take your data elsewhere.
Media uploads
The maximum file size for uploads via Media Manager or user submissions is set at 10 MB per file across all plans. If necessary, the upload size for individual form fields can be reduced to suit your needs.
Additionally, Woorise allows you to request an increased file size limit if your requirements exceed the standard threshold, ensuring flexibility for your projects.
Media storage
Media storage capacity varies by plan and includes all files uploaded to your Media Manager and files submitted by users through forms. The specific storage limits for each plan are clearly defined below, allowing you to select the best plan for your needs.

For additional storage, you can upgrade your plan or manage existing files to stay within your allocated space. If you need even more space, the media storage limit can be increased by submitting a request.
Emails limit
The email limit defines the total number of emails you can send from your Woorise account. This limit varies depending on your subscription plan, with higher-tier plans allowing for a greater email volume.
You can easily check the email limit for each of your Woorise sites by navigating to the main Sites menu in your dashboard.
