Sunset was designed to blend urban and natural living. The project features a brise soleil to optimize solar gain, a high-efficiency heat pump system, a solar roof array, and a robust building envelope. The first floor living area is complete with a retractable glass wall to embrace the Colorado sunshine, and the exterior wood materials serve as a natural carbon store. Together, these components make Sunset a highly sustainable Net Zero Energy Home.
