High-End Build-Out of Waterfront Restaurant
Project Overview
Wolverine’s national retail team traveled to Florida to complete a build-out for Real Seafood Co., a high-end restaurant that serves premium fresh fish and seafood with an extensive wine list in a polished environment.
This 10,189 sq. ft. location in Estero, FL, features 2,300 sq. ft. of patio dining space overlooking the water. The restaurant’s interior houses a bar, private dining rooms, and comfortable seating. Finishes include quartz, LVT, carpeted flooring, and chandeliers. The custom millwork, recessed lighting, and natural materials like greenery and a variety of wood grain finishes give Real Seafood a high-end look and feel.
While transforming the space into a Real Seafood location, Wolverine’s team encountered some existing structural and HVAC issues. After consulting with external engineers, we reinforced bar joist and replaced rooftop units to ensure that the building’s internal functionality aligned with its stunning aesthetic.
