going to noctis.... aka winter con

I was about to cry I looked at virgin blue and the cheapest they had was about $225 thats most of my money in a fortnight and I have doomy bills coming in that need to be paid shortly. but I checked Tiger and they have seats going for $89 both ways and lo Im saved!

So it looks like if the prices are still there on Friday I shall acquire return tickets and I will be going to noctis. The plan is to stay in a youth hostel or something like that assuming anyone from melbourne bothers to tell the rest of the country where and when noctis is. :)

Has anyone flown tiger before? are they crap and which airport is tullermarine?
