Linda Ergang<\/strong><\/h2>\nController<\/strong><\/h3>\nLinda has been with the company since 1988. She started as the receptionist and in 1993 moved into the position of controller where she oversees all financial aspects. As a director and one of the longest serving team members, she has contributed to building the ongoing legacy of WL Construction. Linda enjoys road trips, reading and taking walks.<\/p>\n

Carina Wallis<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nCarina completed diplomas in Business Administration and Architectural Technologies. After graduation, in 2009, she began with WL Construction as an estimator and is now the principle project manager for most commercial projects. Carina is passionate about working with clients to help create their visions. Martin Cullen<\/strong><\/h2>\nField Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nMartin began working with WL Construction in 1999 as a labourer. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship in Dawson Creek and is now a red seal carpenter. Since then, he has worked his way up to the position of field manager and now oversees all of our site supervisors and field operations. When not at work, he simply enjoys time with family and friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jonathan Feldmann<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nJonathan joined WL Construction in 1999 as a summer student. Following high school, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has since become one of our most skilled supervisors. He can often be found working the tools while managing multiple crews, sub-trades, and tasks on site. Jon knows that family vacations are best taken in the dead of winter.<\/p>\n

Dan Thomson<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nDan relocated to Fort St John and started as a carpenter with WL Construction in 2007. His experience in heavy construction contributes to his success in managing many of our more complex projects. He excels at keeping projects on time and on budget. Dan and his family are avid hunters who spend much of their time outdoors.<\/p>\n

Mathew Sparling<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nMatt has worked with WL Construction since 2007. He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. When he is away from work, Matt\u2019s time is extremely valued by his wife and three small children.<\/p>\n

Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Controller<\/strong><\/h3>\nLinda has been with the company since 1988. She started as the receptionist and in 1993 moved into the position of controller where she oversees all financial aspects. Carina Wallis<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nCarina completed diplomas in Business Administration and Architectural Technologies. After graduation, in 2009, she began with WL Construction as an estimator and is now the principle project manager for most commercial projects. Carina is passionate about working with clients to help create their visions. Martin Cullen<\/strong><\/h2>\nField Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nMartin began working with WL Construction in 1999 as a labourer. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship in Dawson Creek and is now a red seal carpenter. Since then, he has worked his way up to the position of field manager and now oversees all of our site supervisors and field operations. When not at work, he simply enjoys time with family and friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jonathan Feldmann<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nJonathan joined WL Construction in 1999 as a summer student. Following high school, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has since become one of our most skilled supervisors. He can often be found working the tools while managing multiple crews, sub-trades, and tasks on site. Jon knows that family vacations are best taken in the dead of winter.<\/p>\n

His experience in heavy construction contributes to his success in managing many of our more complex projects. He excels at keeping projects on time and on budget. Dan and his family are avid hunters who spend much of their time outdoors.<\/p>\n

He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. When he is away from work, Matt\u2019s time is extremely valued by his wife and three small children.<\/p>\n

Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Martin Cullen<\/strong><\/h2>\nField Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nMartin began working with WL Construction in 1999 as a labourer. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship in Dawson Creek and is now a red seal carpenter. Since then, he has worked his way up to the position of field manager and now oversees all of our site supervisors and field operations. When not at work, he simply enjoys time with family and friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jonathan Feldmann<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nJonathan joined WL Construction in 1999 as a summer student. Following high school, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has since become one of our most skilled supervisors. He can often be found working the tools while managing multiple crews, sub-trades, and tasks on site. Jon knows that family vacations are best taken in the dead of winter.<\/p>\n

Dan Thomson<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nDan relocated to Fort St John and started as a carpenter with WL Construction in 2007. His experience in heavy construction contributes to his success in managing many of our more complex projects. He excels at keeping projects on time and on budget. Dan and his family are avid hunters who spend much of their time outdoors.<\/p>\n

He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. When he is away from work, Matt\u2019s time is extremely valued by his wife and three small children.<\/p>\n

Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Martin Cullen<\/strong><\/h2>\nField Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\nMartin began working with WL Construction in 1999 as a labourer. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship in Dawson Creek and is now a red seal carpenter. Since then, he has worked his way up to the position of field manager and now oversees all of our site supervisors and field operations. Jonathan Feldmann<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nJonathan joined WL Construction in 1999 as a summer student. Following high school, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has since become one of our most skilled supervisors. He can often be found working the tools while managing multiple crews, sub-trades, and tasks on site. Jon knows that family vacations are best taken in the dead of winter.<\/p>\n

He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Mathew Sparling<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nMatt has worked with WL Construction since 2007. He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. When he is away from work, Matt\u2019s time is extremely valued by his wife and three small children.<\/p>\n

Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Jonathan joined WL Construction in 1999 as a summer student. Following high school, he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has since become one of our most skilled supervisors. He can often be found working the tools while managing multiple crews, sub-trades, and tasks on site. Jon knows that family vacations are best taken in the dead of winter.<\/p>\n

Mathew Sparling<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nMatt has worked with WL Construction since 2007. He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Matt has worked with WL Construction since 2007. He attended trade school in Dawson Creek and achieved his red seal in carpentry while working with us. He has moved up through the ranks to become one of our main job supervisors and has begun to oversee some of our more complex projects. When he is away from work, Matt\u2019s time is extremely valued by his wife and three small children.<\/p>\n

Hank Lankers<\/strong><\/h2>\nProject Supervisor<\/strong><\/h3>\nHank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n

Hank came to work at WL Construction in 2015 as a labourer and was quickly signed up for a carpentry apprenticeship. He moved into a foreman\u2019s role and then on to a supervisory position upon receiving his red seal in 2019. He now oversees a variety of projects ranging anywhere from concrete to exterior finishes. Hank and his wife have planted their roots in Fort St John with plans of starting their family here.<\/p>\n
