I. General Terms :
- By ordering my commission, I will assume that you have read my whole TOS.- Product will ONLY be delivered digitally.- Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.- Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.- I reserve the right to refuse any order I am not comfortable with doing.- My prices ARE negotioable!

- Fanart
- OCs
- Gore (Light to Heavy)
- Simple Backgrounds
- Most body types
Can't/Wont do:
- Furries
- NSFW
- Mecha/Vehicles
- Dark/Proships (or anything illegal)
- Hyper Realism
- Fetish art
- Complex Backgrounds
- OCs without a reference
II. Payments :
- Payment must be sent BEFORE I work on the commission.
- Payment will only be accepted via Paypal.
- Payment is only accepted in USD, please convert before sending.
III. Refund Policy :
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
IV. Usage Policy :
- The Product received by Customer is for personal use, any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know.
