WireChanger is a desktop manager that can do magic with your desktop background. WireChanger features customizable background templates, an interactive clickable calendar, picture mixer, memo pad, and much more. Group your wallpapers by theme, giving each theme its own weight relative to how long it remains as your background. Add all new images automatically at WireChanger startup. Animate your desktop with real clocks (from the huge ColClocks collection) and with clickable wallpaper notes.

WireChanger supports all the major image formats (gif, jpg, bmp, png, wmf, ico). You can apply special effects to an image (for example, black & white, emboss, water or color dispositions) on the fly. An additional great feature is the ability to show HTML pages or online URLs.

You can put customizable sticky notes on your desktop with WireChanger. To add a new note you just double-click your wallpaper in a free area and type the note's text.
