It does all the positive things you'd expect, Malwarebytes classifies all so-called PC optimizers as being something questionable or harmful.

Winthruster contains components from RegCleanPro, which is a program I barely trust. And the installer keeps getting deleted by my antivirus.

Malwarebytes doesn't trust it so it deletes it. It says something about RegClean Pro for some reason.
