[Castiel isn't bothered at all by the storms or the flooding, and is as usual broadcasting from outside somewhere. He has taken shelter under an awning, though, so the PCD is dry enough; otherwise he's totally soaked, not that he minds, because he's outside and it might have been a few days now but there's still the feeling of 'omg not stuck in the Temple anymore'.]

This is a strange event, and it's making it inconvenient to find some items I'm attempting to gather. I'm looking for some specific plants and spices, dried or otherwise, as well as something to mark with. Chalk, preferably, though ink or something that could be burned into fine black ash can be substituted.

In return, I may be able to assist in some way with the issues those here seem to be having with the flooding.
