Cielo is a vagabond. Luceti is not going to change this much. So instead he's not going to have any real permanent residence, unless he somehow ends up living with someone else. Either way, Cielo is going to be a horrible, horrible mooch.

What this means for everyone else is that he has absolutely no reservations breaking into someone else's room or house or something provided that the doors and/or windows are not locked, and it is fairly easy to access. Yes, even if you live above ground level; Cielo can climb buildings. He's persistent, but generally too lazy to force entry. He will try to enter when there is no one or very few people around, preferably the former (though this doesn't mean he can't get caught). If caught, he'll try to chat with them or flee if they seem particularly unhappy.

Normally, he breaks in to steal food, sleep or just out of plain old curiosity. People who live in the community buildings generally don't have to worry about him breaking into their rooms for food, more like they have to worry about him doing that to get to the kitchen. While he has no problems with looking and poking through someone's stuff, he will not take anything. Stealing's not his thing (except when it's food). More often than not he'll be there to nap.

Basically, I'm asking whether if it's okay for Cielo to mooch off your characters, and how much he can do. So have a handy little form.

The other thing is that Cielo, being a wind god, will automatically just...know if someone has wind-based magic/abilities upon meeting them. The more extensive/powerful these abilities are, the better. Filial magic counts. Chances are, he'll consider these people as "one of his", which is really just a way of saying he might try to adopt and be a teeny tiny bit protective of them in before he tries to adopt half of Luceti. This is kind of important for me as a player to know because Cielo is a derpface who favours people that use "his" domain, so if your character falls under this I'd appreciate it if you tell me.

On a side note, characters who are associated with the wind or sky, capable of flight or are even just named after some aspect of the wind/sky get bonus points, regardless whether or not he'd consider them to be "his". He is that petty.
