Age: 2578, looks around 12-13
Height: 5'0", sliiightly under.
Weight: 44 lbs
Medical Info: Weighs much, much less than should be logically possible. His blood also disappears after a while when spilt (i.e. no such thing as blood stains from him), though no one actually sees it disappearing (you blink, suddenly it's gone). Otherwise, healthy young boy!

Physical traits: Bit on the skinny side.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much everything.
Abilities:
Technically immortal! He has an indefinite lifespan, so long people continue to believe in him, and he ages extremely slowly. He cannot die of hunger, thirst, disease or poison, though they still cause him pain and suffering if he doesn’t do something about them. Similarly, he can’t be harmed by wind-based attacks; under the power cap he’s immune to them rather than absorbing them, however. He is still killable, and whatever can kill an average human is capable of killing him, barring any exceptions that are mentioned here. This is pretty irrelevant in Sinnoh, though!
Under the powercap in Sinnoh, Cielo's wind abilities are limited to mostly utilitarian purposes like playing pranks and cushioning falls, and he obviously can't hurt anyone using just them alone.
More minor things are general...god-sense. He can detect if someone is non-human or if there's something odd about them, though he won't necessarily be able to tell exactly what they are, and he'll automatically know if someone has wind-based magic/abilities simply because that's his domain.
Cielo is naturally agile and flexible. He's a good jumper and climber, and somewhat stronger than he looks, though not by much.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Is a wind god! People who can detect spiritual/magic energy will get a lot of pure wind-element energy from him.
For psychics, he's chill and would probably remind them of a kid. Thinks a lot about having fun and talking to people and doing things!!!1 He also thinks a lot about his family (sister and dad), and some of the other gods back home.

Can I fight your character?: Y, but talk to me if you expect it might actually get serious! Since. Cielo is Cielo is might attempt overkill if it looks like someone is trying to seriously injure/kill him.

Maim/Murder/Death: Talk to me for maiming, N to the others.
Cooking: Surprisingly, Y. He's amazing at a handful of dishes. But he's also a lazybutt and would rather eat someone else's cooking.
