Earth Day Incoming
Fuck I'm tired of Osgood-Schlatter Disease... "you'll grow out of it when the growth spurt ends"..."usually aroun 14 for girls and 16 for boys"... bull shit. HI! I'm 17 here and I've had it for six years when I should've grown out of it in 2 or 3. Grr...
That makes me feel a bit better.
Tomorrow is Earth Day! I have no idea what happened to my earth day shirt. I probably outgrew it years ago. *sigh* I really liked it. My brother probably still has his, though, maybe I can steal it. It's Molly's birthday, too. I miss her somehow. I miss Olivia more. She was a truer friend than all the rest of the people I knew. We were too young and petty; true friendship is hard to find at ten. Insecurities make you lash out without thinking and keep you from truly trusting, or behaving trustworthy. I'm glad we've outgrown the petty posturing and we're more confident in who we are, but I can't help wondering what Jessie, Shawn, Olivia, Eliza, Molly, Lily, and everyone else are up to these days. I wonder what they've become, who they are now.
Whoa now I'm getting dizzy with sleepiness.
Maybe I should go to bed.
I'm sleeping under a feather bed tonight, waiting for my comforter.
That makes me feel a bit better.
