Word of the Day
Six hundred and fifty-seven dollars later I have a car that can purr again. It's a bit more like a rumble, but it's definitely not a grumble, and I am delighted that my car is feeling better.
I went to the island last night and absorbed the happiness of the kitten. He still doesn't have a name, but my mother is currently looking at things like Hal, Henry, Harry, and for reasons really beyond me Guy. Even without a name he gave me a lot of pleasant company while I actually did my architecture homework: one hand to scratch the kitty, and one to make circuits in Logism. Again I managed to do the entire homework on the computer. Props to One Note for the screen-clippings.
Feeling a bit better today. Actually took my pill last night (and not the sleepy one), which may be the reason. I even got a handful of loving from the kitten this morning, and would have got more if I wasn't pressed for time. Took the 7:10 (really 7:15...) boat and got to campus at 8:30 because I cheated on 16 by utilizing the HOV lane...I checked for cops first!
Time to think about cross-coupled AND gates. Oiy.
Oh, right. I just closed my glasses in my laptop and broke the LCD screen. It is now officially time to transfer my life to the purple laptop I got myself for Christmas. In the mean time it's kind-of entertaining to watch the multiple lines of color on my screen dance when I wobble it.
