Crazy Is an Unpleasant Sensation

The buzzzzzzzzing is going in my brain and I don't want to sleep.
Ulcers are caused by bacterial infection, but stress lowers your immune capabilities so that the bacteria can get away with infecting you, so which is the cause? Which do you treat? I feel like I'm giving myself an ulcer sitting here, stressing, headed for a headache, going completely see-saw buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. And not doing anything. And I do not want to sleep. Sleep is for shit anyway.
